Four essential symbologies

Start with the symbology your workflow requires

Each generator validates the basic format before building your ZIP. Open a format guide for exact character, length, and check-digit requirements.

From sheet to scanner

A batch workflow that takes minutes, not an afternoon

  1. 01

    Drop in a CSV

Export a product, location, ticket, or asset list from your spreadsheet. Select the column containing the values you want to encode.

  2. 02

    Choose the barcode type

Generate flexible Code 128 labels, retail EAN-13 or UPC-A symbols, or QR codes for URLs and text payloads.

  3. 03

    Download one ZIP

Receive a numbered PNG for each valid row. Predictable filenames make the output easy to merge into label and packaging workflows.

Made for real inventory work

From product catalog to print queue—without the busywork

Amazon FBA sellers can turn SKU exports into organized barcode assets before building product labels. Warehouse managers can batch location codes, bin identifiers, and internal stock numbers instead of creating them one at a time. Retail inventory teams can validate UPC-A and EAN-13 source data, then hand a consistently named image set to packaging or merchandising.

The free generator handles quick jobs of up to 50 rows without an account. Larger authenticated batches are available for production catalogs and recurring operations.

Common questions

Bulk barcode generator FAQ

What barcode formats are supported?

The generator supports Code 128 for mixed letters and numbers, EAN-13 and UPC-A for retail identifiers, and QR codes for URLs or text. Each format has its own validation rules; use the linked format guides above to check accepted characters and lengths.

Is there a row limit?

Yes. You can generate up to 50 barcodes per batch on this page without signing up. Authenticated plans in the bulk workspace support higher limits, up to 5,000 rows per batch.

What does the ZIP file contain?

The ZIP contains one PNG barcode image for every valid selected CSV row. Files use ordered names such as 0001-code128.png, which preserves a stable sequence for label-layout and downstream automation.

Do I need to sign up?

No account is required for free batches of up to 50 rows. Sign-in is only needed when you move to the authenticated workspace for larger plan-based batches.

Does this tool assign UPC or EAN numbers?

No. It renders barcode images from identifiers you supply. Businesses that need globally unique retail identifiers should obtain them from GS1 before generating UPC-A or EAN-13 symbols.
